UE4Editor wont exit properly ( Linux )

Hi,

i installed UE4 recently and was trying things out when i noticed that when exiting the editor with present changes in the project, the editor wont exit properly.
it stops at tearing down SDL
i have given it 1h and still nothing happened.
could anybody help, i am a total beginner when it comes to engines.

i am using the editor with vulkan.
my OS is Ubuntu Mate 18.04

Same here on Ubuntu 21.04 with last 5.03 release.
More info :

  • 64 bits Gnome 3.38.5 on X11
  • Ryzen 3600 / 16Go ram / RX580 (Polaris 10 driver)

and then infinite loop. The app don’t close.
