After trying updating version 4.22.2 substance plugin will remain qued and wont finish updating. My projects wont open now and a massage pops up saying " The code execution cannot proceed because UE4Editor-UnrealEd.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem. Do I really need to uninstall Unreal Engine and install it back?

Ok so It works now. After restarting my PC it was still not working so I opened the task manager and ended Epic Launcher. After that, somehow everything started updating and installing as normal
