Hello Ue community! I installed Unreal Engine but unfortunately I can’t use it. I get this error every single time I press “Launch” button. I have windows 7 x64 bit (sp 1 installed /Visual Studio Redistributable package updated). I’m waiting for your answers!

Could you post your entire dxdiag (system specs) and any Log files? Here is a link that shows where to find the log files. Also, the entire list from the error window in your screenshot could help as well.

Okay, from the error message I believe I know what the issue is. You will need to download Windows Service Pack 1, it is required to run the editor. I’m surprised you were able to install the Launcher without it.
Once you do that, let me know if it starts working for you.
