UE4Editor-Cmd.exe in docker windows

I’m trying to use docker to build the project
one step is to use UE4Editor-Cmd.exe to run some scripts
but UE4Editor-Cmd.exe quit immediately and no log output
it works fine in the real machine
is these some way to use UE4Editor-Cmd.exe within the docker windows?
