UE4 World Settings Environment Color not editable?

Sorry for what might be a quick dumb question

Im following a tutorial, about making a night sky in UE4. I have to change the Environment Color, in the World Settings.

Problem is, that I can change everything in World Settings except for Environment Color for some reason.

Nothing happens when I click it, and if i expand it. The R G B A tabs are greyed out.

Any idea why or how to fix this?
