UE4 Won't Recognize Visual Studio

I installed Visual Studio 2013 with Package 5 but Unreal doesn’t see it.

Under File > New C++ Class it shows that Visual Studio isn’t found and the option to install it shows Package 4 instead of 5. Could this be the issue?
