Right now I have 2 editors visual studio 2017 and 2017 preview
but for some reason the engine is using the preview edition which is lagging for unknown reason(but I need it nonetheless) as what u can expect from beta release
so How can i use VS 2017 released edition
Hint, you cannot change the source code editor that the game is using from editor preferences, why?!
because it only show two. one of them is Visual Studio and the other is visual studio 2017 and funny thing both of them refer the preview edition of VS
the released edition is already the default version on my pc. i’m trying to install the preview edition before the released edition and hopefully this will work temporarily
Thats because accessor module don’t support that, it only supports individual versions (2015, 2017) and it assumes you only have single version of each. I think this can be considered as bug as the code simply don’t expect your scenerio, so i will move this to Bug Raports and retitle your question to have proper name to the bug
Quick fix would be uninstall of one of them, or maybe try to change file association settings in system, it might work
