UE4 will not login to authenticate and program crashing

I had to reinstall program due to bad sectors of HDD, effected 2 other programs, but they reinstalled fine.
Program starts then immediately crashes, internet is fine and all other programs that need internet access working.
It has been working fine for 4 months until this problem occurred.

HI ajbombadil,

Could you try the Troubleshooting steps for the Fails to Load/Crash section in the link below?

If nothing works for you, follow the steps at the bottom on the page and post your Verbose Logs. They will help us track down the issue.

It would be appreciated if someone would respond, I am now getting behind on my project…

Hello and thank you for your reply.

I have tried all suggestions in link and still crashing at startup and not authenticating. I have attached my last logfile.link text

Thank you for the DMP and error files. We also need your Verbose Logs. The link in my previous post has directions on how to find them.

Hello, sorry about that here it is.link text

Hi ajbombadill,

I think maybe your content cache has gotten corrupt. The crash occurs when trying to display an image file that is loaded from the drive.

Could you try rename the image content cache folder in order to test this theory?

You’ll find it here:-<\br>
C:\ProgramData\Epic\UnrealEngineLauncher\Data\ContentCache

If that works fine you are safe to the delete the renamed folder.

Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Leigh

Hello, thank you that seems to have corrected the crashing on loading. I am now just having troubles loading some of the levels in my project, but will try them all then let you know if it is a level based crash or the entire project.

Hello, thank you, that seems to have corrected the crashing on loading.

I am now just having troubles loading one of the levels in my project, I have attached the callstack report for the crash.

Hello again, I have corrected the problem, the one level map was damaged, I replaced it with a backup copy and the level is working fine now.

Thanks for all your help Leigh, as well as the initial help from TJ, it is greatly appreciated, now back to my project!
