UE4 Wheels mesh not rotating

Hi, I tried setting up a vehicle in UE 4.261, I can drive the vehicle itself and I can see that the wheels colliders being added and responding well to the throttle/steering commands, but a weird thing is happening where the wheel mesh is not getting affected by any rotation, you can see here the wheel collider (the black wireframe) is rotated 45 degrees as response to steering while the wheel mesh itself is not being rotated and same thing is happening to the throttle rotation.

here is a screen shot of my wheels settings

and here is a screen shot of my skeleton where I rotated a bone and the mesh responded, so the rigging is fine

I have been stuck into this for 4 hours , I am using Blender, tried 3ds Max and gave the exact same problem too, so I don’t think it’s a 3d software issue.

Any help is really appreciated

If you are the facing the above problem, you simple didn’t assign an animation class to the vehicle skeletal mesh, make sure you have an animation class child of Vehicle Animation and it has the following setup
