Ue4 to Ue5 retarget animation offsets bones wierdly

I created a basic ue5 3rd person template
imported some animations and replaced the imported ue4 skeleton with the default project ue4 skeleton.

That works and the animations play correctly.
But now I want to retarget them to the ue5 skeleton. It seems simple enough when looking at “how-to resources” online. But every singel one of the anims get slight offsets to the joints…

Anyone know what I’m doing wrong?
