UE4 (Squad SDK) crashed while start

Hey there,

im new in UE 4 Modding but i wanted to start so i installed the UE4 Launcher + Squad SDK
and the Launcher started fine.
But i had to reset my PC so i Backuped the entire Epic Games Folder and imported it on my new PC there is started the Launcher again and it seems to import the whole Squad SDK but when i tried to start the SDK the game crashes and show me this screen

i hope you have an solution for that
