UE4 SK_Mannequin Animations Distorted [HELP PLS]

I basicly downloaded the thirdperson standard UE4 skeleton mesh from : A new, community-hosted Unreal Engine Wiki - Announcements and Releases - Unreal Engine Forums
I imported the fbx file into a blank project and then the animations like idle,walk run etc. and attached the animation skeletons to the Sk_Mannequin_Skeleton
but when i look at the animations the arm is moved:
and i am pretty new to Unreal Engine so i dont really know what i did wrong or what the problem is could someone please help me.

Its Epic, more broken stuff that hasnt been fixed in the past 2 years. Here is a video I made showing what the problem is

thx for u comment but actually i did fix it by retargeting
just changed everything to skeleton and then just root to animation and pelvis to animationscaled.
