UE4 scaling issue

Hello everyone,

i have noticed that the Application scale (in widget reflector) is not saved upon restart of the engine which is fine (it is always 1 on restart), but since 4.18 i have to tweak the value to 0.8 for it to have the same scaling as before for my 2k monitor. I know it is just a minority but with some other d3d11 issue my version crashes quite often and it kinda gets annoying to set it every time. It would be nice if someone would look into this.
