Can someone explain to me if all the contents of the " Saved " folder need to be kept
My folder is currently running at over 6 gig so would obviously love to get rid of some of that.

I would keep the /Saved/Config folder, because it stores any changes you made to the editor layout. The rest can be safely deleted - it’s just temporary files, logs, crash dumps, stuff like that.
