In relation to the discussion in thread, here are a couple of item I’d like to be added to the wishlist:
- Support for and World displacement on OSX / OpenGL4.1
- Support in Shader Model 4 for Reflections on Translucent Materials on OSX
As discussed in the referenced thread, I know these are currently available only in Shader Model 5 which is not supported on OSX due to the limitations of OpenGL4.1, but since it is not likely OSX is stepping up to OpenGL4.3 anytime soon (at list, probably not in the next year) it would be great to have some kind of fallback in Shader Model 4.
