UE4 Render Flickering Brick

I try to render an ArchViz Scene. 30fps, 1080i, into PNG, which I than join with AviMaker. Brick Material has POM, Walls are static. But for some reason the Bricks are waving and sky looks pixel intense.

are Editor Commands past into Renderer. FE: “r.Streaming.PoolSize 15000” ?
