UE4 Prerequisites not found

Hello,
When I try to update unreal to 4.13 I get a message that my prerequisites are on a network resource that is unavailable. (unreal.png)

When I press ‘OK’, the second png pops up. (unreal2.png)

And after that the update fails.

I’ve searched on the forum for similar problems but no solution worked yet.
so far I’ve tried:

  • restart computer
  • update windows
  • reinstall launcher
  • reinstall prerequisites
  • reinstall visual studio
  • run as admin
  • gave reading and writing rights to my user for unreal

I’m getting pretty desperate, is there something I’m looking over?
