UE4 not working in Window Command Promt

Hello.
I have problem in running UE4 using Win cmd.

  1. Try to “UE_location” “ProjectLocation” -game

  2. Try to specific map name before - game Example: “UE_location” “ProjectLocation” /Game/Maps/MapName -game

but nothing happen.
What should i do ?
Is it UE4 setting problem or Win setting problem?
