UE4 not working in Window Command Prompt

Hello.
I have problem in running UE4 using win cmd.

I tried two ways. but nothing happen.

1. “UE_location” “ProjectLocation” -game
2. “UE_location” “ProjectLocation” /Game/Maps/MapName -game

What should i do ?
Is is UE4 setting problem or Win setting problem ?
