UE4 not recognising my subscription

Hi, I have successfully been using UE4 for under a month and today it is now telling me i should subscribe to download content. I have checked my account and it says i am paid up till 19th June.

I have re verified my install which states it was successful but has not resolved the issue.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I also get an error when loading that states ‘no version information received’

I’m also having this issue but only after manually deleting content from my c drive.
