UE4 - Jump inverted, why? image attached


If i get to the edge of a cliff and keep walking, while falling, actor starts gaining speed, before falling to the ground If I press “jump”, instead of making a jump movement UP, it falls to the ground in a second, why? Its kind of weird because if I do the same, pressing jump before gaining speed, does cause a jump movement UP, not sure why while falling faster and getting closer to the ground it does this fast fall.
