UE4 IOS XCode 13 packaging failed

UE4.24 This message is prompted when IOS is packaged
The Legacy Build System will be removed in a future release. You can configure the selected build system and this deprecation message in File > Workspace Settings
My Xcode version is: 13
How to solve this problem?

Try open an xcode and there go to File > Workspace Settings and switch build system to a new one.

I have tried. The new system has been used in Xcode, but UE4 has not switched
