UE4 ios app cant lantch and package on win10

hi, I have deloy a ios app on ue4 4.20, but I have 2 problem:
1.when I try to package it to ios, ue4 tell me I have not install ituned, but I have install it the newest verson.
it think I have not install, but I have.

2.i try to run my app directly, but the launch botton cant check, and tell me “a required platform sdk is missing: ios”

can some body help me, the problem take me too much time.
