I remember some software by the name of “everest” that logs data(CPU temps, loads, Etc) to help diagnose crashes.
I am not sure if it is free or has a trial.
Edit: Just thought of something; Perhaps the vCore is too low at high load, Causing an issue.
Could you try resetting the UEFI to (optimal) defaults, Or what ever it is called?
