UE4 Game map editor

I was wondering about the feasibility of a map editor created for a specific UE4 game.

Rather than reading predefined arrays of assets it should be able to read all relevant assets from the game directory and allow saving on user’s computer in a format that can’t be
used outside the editor and the only way to export a finished umap file would be to upload it directly to a server.

Any ideas?

If you’re looking for a work-around to their formatting, you would likely need to do that via the Source, which would fall under Reverse-Engineering, so i think i license is necessary, in that case.
