Hello there,
after the update to 4.8 most things wont work properly:
- The editor crashes all the time while switching to viewport game or other game modes
- Crashes also while trying the level out
- Sometimes in edit mode when two vertices have contact the editor crashes
- The physics is messed up
- The windows arrangement cant be saved and has to be set up all the time the editor starts
This is the error module Windows has found: APEX_DestructiblePROFILE_x64.dll
The NET. Runtime quits this process all the time when the named errors occur.

I have a few questions to ask you about this report:
- Are you using 4.8 or 4.8.1?
- Can you attach the crash log (Located at MyDocuments/UnrealProjects/MyProject/Saved/Logs) and/or copy and paste the callstack from the crash into a text file and upload it?
- Does this only happen in a particular project or does it happen with new projects as well?
- If this is only with a particular project, was it converted from a previous version of the engine?
- Can you provide me the dxdiag from your machine? The hardware that you’re using could be causing some kind of conflict which could result in these crashes.

i think that was my fault cause i have build a Level in UTE4 not in UE4 :-/
The errors occur not in Unreal Engine. Sorry for any inconvenience from my side. Best Regards from germany
