UE4 Editor crashes when pressing play

I created a level in the UE4 Editor to manually import a map into CARLA. I followed the instructions for the manual import at the bottom of this page: https://carla.readthedocs.io/en/latest/tuto_A_add_map/#map-ingestion.

However, when I press “Play” in the editor, it crashes. I have not written any code for this. I just imported a FBX file and set a collision property for the mesh. What could be the issue and how do I debug this?
