UE4 Editor and Viewport flashing and flickering Black lines and shapes everywhere?

Hello,

I have been plagued with these black lines and flickering masses shooting all over the screen and I cannot figure out what is causing it. I thought it was something to do with my monitor and I tried adjusting those settings. I even uninstalled my video drivers and reinstalled them and the same thing is happening. Does anyone know what is causing this??

I’ll upload a video to YouTube shortly to show what is happening.

Here is the video. I tried baking the lighting to see if this would resolve the issue to no luck. Any help is greatly appreciated.
