UE4 Custom build for Network sharing


we want to share our custom UE4 build to a network server, so multple people can use this version.
We’ve tested that using the launcher version of UE4 on network paths everything works easy, people can even compile their project using the network-path UE4 launcher version.
When compiling a custom version of the project and the copying on the network server, there always occur path problems, as UE4 compiles the build path directly in the engine.

Is there a way to compile the UE4 version with relative paths?
As the launcher version does this, I guess there must be a way to do this as well?
