UE4 Crashing on startup

I installed UE4 on a flash drive and have been using it between computers. It has currently worked on two computers like this, however now on a third it is not working. At first, the launcher crashed at 39%, then 41%. After some reading on the forum, supposedly deleting all of the config files in the engine directory (I deleted the ones under the 4.13 folder) would fix this problem. Now, I get a crash as soon as I start the engine:

Hi Miah,

What you probably saw was a suggestion to delete the Config folder in the “Project” Directory. Please don’t delete the config folder located in Launcher Binary>4.13>Engine Directory as those files aren’t generated on startup.

You will need to either verify your engine in the launcher or reinstall the engine (the verify should fix your problem though).

Once you are back to the state at which the engine crashes at 38% on your third machine we can continue.
