So I overclocked my PC’s CPU to 5 ghz and games run really smooth but things like UE4 crash the PC with the blue screen and it restarts. I’ve posted my OC stats on the PC Part picker forum as im new to Overclocking and not quite sure what im doing yet but here is my PC Build:

Im just posting here wondering if anyone has a similar build and OC and has this issue or knows how to resolve it. I followed this video for the overclocking: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yjj6czDPW3k
I overclocked from stock settings, so these are the ONLY changes I made from the default OEM settings. The only thing is CPU Current Capability is set to 140% for me since thats all it allowed for in the settings.
It seems to crash when running real bench and UE4 so something about those programs is causing an issue, I was able to run GTA 5, Metro Exodus, 3D Mark and Cinebench with no issues, its just these programs, which are really intense so I believe its either something to do with the power either being too high or not enough or something like that, but I dont know for sure, Im new to this.
Also for temps, I’m getting like low 80C temps at Idle with UE4 as well, where as with games I get like upper 50’s low 60’s max.
I checked Event Viewer and the error says: Kernel-Power Event ID 41 Task Category 6 so that was generated by the bluescreen event from UE4 crashing the PC. If anyone has any Idea I would appreciate any help.
