UE4 Crashes when opening any project!

Well, I just decided to casually start a brand new project to mess around with, and when the editor was almost open, BOOM! It crashes. I reopen the project, and then another crash. I make another project, and yet another crash, etc. etc. Log file:

Are you encountering this when opening the editor to the Project Browser window or when opening a project? Are you using the binary editor from the Launcher or a source built version of the editor? I noticed that you are compiling with C++ so this is happening in code projects, correct? If that is the case, please make sure you are building the editor / project for Development Editor prior to the first launch.

If that doesn’t fix it try verifying the files, some engine files might be corrupt:

If you’re receiving the same error for existing and new projects, it may be an issue with the engine installation. Can you confirm if MrGoatsy’s suggestions of running as administrator or verifying the engine helped? If no can you try downloading the 4.13 preview and let me know if you have the same problems opening projects there? Also, for added information, is this problem occurring specifically for code based project or are you unable to open both code and blueprint projects?
