UE4 crashes when I try to download the engine

Hi everyone, here is my trouble:
I recently downloaded the Epic Games Launcher to start learning and using UE4.
But after installing the launcher, I just can’t download the engine. The download begins but the launcher crashes after few minutes. Sometimes, when I restart the launcher, I can see a “Code 0” or “Code 5”. I already saw some posts about that issue but no tips succeeded for me.
