UE4 crashes when editing Animation sequences

When I try to remove frames, add frames, or create new key frames UE4 crashes. Specifically when I click apply or save. Is there a fix to this or am I the only one with this issue?

I can confirm i am experienceing this issue as well. version 4.25.2

probable reproduction path:
retarget third person walk animation to your custom character.
watch the animation run succesfully on your character.
change rotation of some bone, perhaps to straighten spine.
apply/save. may not have crashed here.
reopen the animation and rotate some other positions.
try to save/apply, observe crash.

i have not yet found a work around.
