Thank you for sending that additional information. It will be very helpful if we end up needing to submit a bug report for your issue. The next step is to go to this link:
and follow the instructions under the following sections:
1.The Launcher fails to load, or crashes on load
2.None of the Above Helped - Getting Debug Logs
These sections contain detailed instruction on how to gather and send the necessary files for us to submit the bug report. Once you have the files that are needed just zip them up using whatever utility you prefer (7zip is free and easily found with a quick google search) and attach the zipped file. Once I have the files I will put together a bug report, submit it to the devs, and give you a jira ticket number to help with tracking. Then when changes are made I will post a comment to keep you up to date and hopefully we can get this problem worked out for you.Also feel free to include any additional info that you think might help, can’t ever have to much info.
