I ran the verifier and nothing I installed the unreal engine and re verified it and it caught something and installed it then it loaded fine for me.

Im pretty sure that this issue is caused by bad optimisation by epic games when they launched the new update. There is no fix until epic releases a patch for this.

you do the verify a second time after the install of the engine?
I verified before downloading the unreal engine, then I downloaded and installed unreal engine and then verified fortnite again and it is still coming up with the crash message.

Please stop posting in answers, it makes it look like there is a solution to this problem and so further fixes are likely to be delayed. We understand you have the problem. That’s why there is the question bar above. You are harming the speed of fix not helping it by posting here.
