why can i palay
In the second part of the crash window there is a link to the folder containing the crash log files. Can you share the file with .log extension? That would allow us understand what is happening and try to help you further.
I don’t know how to do this, but I’ll show them below, thanks bro.

how to convert to .log file? When I “Click here to view directory”, there are three things in a folder,I’m going to show you the picture, and my laptop is chinese, I can only open them like the normal txt by using the notepad
You have to click where it says “Click here to view directory” then go into that folder, copy the content of the log file to Pastebin and share the link back here.
You pasted the xml file. I need to see the file with .log extension.
Strange, there should also be a log file. Beside this, I checked what you posted earlier and there is no error message in the XML file. Does your system meet the minimum specs for the game?
yep, my computer even can play the playerknownsground, and that game required much higher requirement for computer than this one
i have the exact same problem with this unreal engine crash reporter… i followed the steps as you mentioned above and i here is mine
But you have a .log file, which is where the relevant crash information is contained.
So without the .log file, I cannot solve the problem?
You can still try some standard actions like:
- Update/re-install your graphic card device driver
- Make sure there are no other applications running which may interfere with your game. i.e. I found that some screen-recording applications, including NVidia’s one, may interfere
- Turn off all overclocking for CPU and GPU
my version of windows10 is much lower, can this become the reason of that?
how to turn off overclocking for CPU and GPU?
Anything that doesn’t meet the minimum requirements may cause issues since, very likely, has not been tested with the game.
Sorry I can’t answer that. It depends on your specific hardware. For the CPU, google “How to stop overclocking” and add your specific hardware brand (e.g. Asus, etc.) For the GPU, you can try with MSI Afterburner or similar utilities for your graphic card.
