UE4 Android buidl environment install Error

I have installed UE4 Engine. I just try android build environment use C:\Program Files\Unreal Engine\4.1\Engine\Extras\Android adp-2.0r8-windwos

but, it occurred error pop up message and install failed. please guide to solve this problem.

and I have already installed Android build environment ( ADT, JDK), Please guide to how to build android on UE4 without above install method.

Check if your windows is 7 , because this dont run in windows 8
