Hey masoud.s-

If you go to the Unreal Engine website (https://www.unrealengine.com/) and download the Launcher using the Get Unreal button in the top right corner you can then download the engine through the Unreal Launcher. Doing so should solve this issue and allow your projects to open without any issue.
