UE4 4.22 stuck at 45 when I open a project

When I make a projects from blueprints it works fine.
PC Specs
Manudacturer: ASUSTek Computer Inc.
Processor: Intel(R) Core™ i5-8250U CPU @ 1.60GHz 1.80 GHz
RAM: 4.00 GB
I have two graphics, one integrated and one dedicated
Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620 integrated
Nvidia GeForce MX130 dedicated

The project file I am trying to open was Aaron’s CCG Toolkit

It’s common that loading stucks at 45% for a long period of time, you just have to wait for it (even hours).

Also, your rig is massively out of date, so for you I’d expect an even longer loading time.

If you open task manager when this happens can you find shader compiler worker (or something similar) in the list? If so then the shaders are compiling and you just need to wait.

My PC literally gives up, my mouse won’t move the Task manager’s constant number changes stop and when that happens I decided to nap, after an hour or two its the same ■■■■ thing.
