UE4 4.12.5 Crash at start

Everytime I try to start from epic launcher i get a crash reporter, but if I open a proyect made in 4.12.5 it open without error, so I can’t make a new proyect in 4.12.5 version.
I uninstall this version, delete the folder & download & install again but still the same error.

Please help.
