Hey, so I need help with my vehicle blueprint on 4.27. It seems that no matter what I do, the vehicle has the steering radius of a bus. It feels like the steering input just…stops after a certain amount. Like it turns to a certain angle and does not go further than that. I’ve tried all I can think of and have seen including:
- Tireconfigs with various amounts of friction which didnt even seem to make a difference to the grip let alone the steering
- Multiplying the steering input
- playing with the steering curve (even at a value of 1 across the curve, the steering still does not improve)
- Increasing steering angle of wheel.
- Increasing the weight (which does help but only because the cars as slow as a bus at that point)
- Increasing Wheel mass
- and lastly, creating phys materials for both the car and landscape, with various settings for friction.
Any help on this is appreciated. Thanks!
