UE4.27 Foliage doesn't work as I would want

I want to add grass on specific parts of my landscape but it just adds it randomly on it. How do I set it up so that I can add the grass on specific areas?

Are you using the brush where the arrows are, and yet it ends up in the other area?

Hi. I found the root cause last night. It was related to the way I’ve exported the grass mesh from Blender to UE. Problem is resolved. Thank you.
