How to package a game using billing 6.1.0, and admob successfully.
Only way now available is to update to ue5.4 which is having the billing version 6.1.0. or you can use plugin available in fab which is paid . I also came through the same problem I was using ue 5.1 for Android development now I convert my project to 5.4 which have the billing version 6.1.0 I faced so many other problems while converting my project but at the end it fixes for me.
I think you can edit your gradle file to fix but it is way too complicated.and there is no particular documentation for this.

You are using ue5.4 , looks great , i hv question about
1**/ android 14, does your packages out from this version5.4 using sdk 34 and build tool 34 and ndk 25 or higher , works on android 14 without issue !???
2**/The billing libtarry 6.1.0 will end by 2025 , and im looking forward and searching on how to migrate or change the billing to 7 ,
3**/ can we fix the content labeling accessebility warning in play console , using such configuration in unreal engine widgets or somthing i dont know or missing ,( without using android studio,
