UE4.23 Sequencer Burn In Won't Turn Off

This seems to be a bug but I’m not sure. Whenever I render a movie in sequencer it forces a timecode/info burn in, even when the option is turned off in the export movie screen or on the sequence detail options itself.

No matter what I do when I render the burn in is on.

Has anyone found a solution to this?

Is there possibly a second Level Sequence Actor in the level that does have the Burn In options checked on it in the Details Panel? Does this reproduce in a new project with a new level sequence?

I discovered that the answer was that a MASTER level sequence will override all other level sequence settings. My master had burn in on, so even though I was rendering individual level sequences without it, the burn in was on anyway.

One I turned off the master burn in it worked fine.
