UE4.18 Mouse X, Mouse Y always return 0

I have a strange issue that popped up in my project recently.
Without updating the engine or anything of the sort, my character camera can no longer rotate. I discovered that the inputs “Mouse X” and “Mouse Y” always return 0 no matter what.

This issue persists on all characters in the project, however, when creating a new project, the inputs work as normal. I have never modified any of the Input Key Bindings, and this issue has never occurred to me before.

Any solutions?

Same with me But my Y just wont work I’ve searched the whole internet made new projects and still can’t fix it! What I use is Mouse X and Mouse Y connected to Yaw And Pitch things only the X works but Y no luck ;(
