Hello, I’m having issues trying to use UE 4.16.3 UnrealPak.exe to create a .pak file for a mod.
My PC is running Windows 11 x64, when I use CMD to repak the modded files I get this error

From what I could gather among my peers, this is most likely tied to the distance between UE4 and Win 11. Lots of years of development apart, the software components in your system, may not be recognizable for old UE4.
The most likely cause for error “This app can’t run on your PC” here is that the components tying UE with VS are not using the correct version, or are outright missing. Please go through the guide below, and ensure that all elements are installed, and have their proper versions:
Once that is all confirmed, I would also test running the Pak process in compatibility mode, as well as running as administrator.
