To my knowledge, it isn’t possible to buy 1 year subscription codes, they are only given for academic purposes.

We are closing this thread. Epic does not sell 1-year subscription codes. Epic only sells the monthly subscriptions. Academic codes and game jam reward codes are not for sale.These academic codes are not intended to be sold. They can be given away, however they cannot be sold. Anyone attempting to sell codes will be banned from the forums permanently.
