When searching online for specific functions, tool features, technical name explanations, you can almost never find what you are looking for.
In other engines and programs, you get examples like this from Google, and I feel since UE5 is one of the largest and most popular engines out there, this should also be a thing for UE documentation and videos. Not sure why results don’t come up like this, but in 1 hr seminars instead.
Hi Wert! Thanks for the feedback. Can you describe how you searched a bit more specifically? Did you search from a browser or internally within EDC? What were the terms you were using and what were you looking for?
This is helpful, thank you! Niagara is mentioned within the docs–so the fact it’s not being picked up is good to know. We can update our keywords to include system names which should help with search as well, which I’m working on now. Thanks!
And also technical names may not be the search term, like the sort order of niagara particles is called a “hint” in UE5, but “sort order” is what a user may be looking for when searching, because they don’t know the terminology
