UE Subscription still being debited from bank

Hi,

I noticed on my bank statement that the UE subscription was debited again after the announcement that it is now free - do I need to manually cancel something or was this a mistake on your end?

Hi Richard,

We are in the process of investigating this issue and want to make sure we get it sorted for you ASAP. Can you confirm that this is in fact a debit and not the prorated credit we issued?
